Since we launched PHPMagazine.net we have been talking about lot of new technologies and solutions here and there, one of the topics that interested me personaly a lot and also interest many PHP developers are web services. Also I would like to welcome Jon Booth, who suggested launching this magazine and who'll be talking here also about web services.

The most popular series of articles I have posted about web services was on AJAX Magazine last month about lot of AJAX possibilities to use Amazon store, and I was happy to have great feedback about it. Also my friend point me that there is even new services fully based on these tutorials, I have also found someone working on integration of AJAX+Amazon in oscommerce and I think this would be a great shopping experience but I didn't seen yet the resulted product.
